Yes. Intake links use HTTPS encryption, session tokens expire after use, and all data is transmitted and stored in HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. No PHI is included in the SMS itself.

Patients can complete intake on arrival using their phone or a tablet in your waiting room. Ava can also collect information over the phone during the scheduling call as a fallback.
