These terms cover text messages that Axis HQ Inc sends under the OverRoad Messaging program.

2. Program description
We send text messages to people who have given consent. Messages include information about OverRoad products and offers, follow ups about your inquiry, demo and call scheduling, account updates and customer support.
3. How you opt in
Online: check the SMS consent box on our contact form or on the OverRoad signup form at gooverroad.com.
By phone: during a call, our team asks if we can text you about OverRoad, including product information and offers, and tells you that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time. If you agree, we record the call and log the date and time. We then send one confirmation text asking you to reply YES. We send no other messages until you reply YES.
The SMS consent box is never checked in advance and is not required to submit a form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The box reads:
I agree to receive text messages from OverRoad by Axis HQ Inc, including information about OverRoad products and offers, follow ups about my inquiry, scheduling and account updates, at the mobile number provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. 6. Opt out
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT at any time, or tell us in any other reasonable way, such as by email or on a call. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.

8. Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
